C&rsquo;est \u00e9videment un projet de vie dans notre m\u00e9tropole, m\u00eame si on peut discuter des moyens ou de la m\u00e9thode. Avant cela, rappelons les fondamentaux avec <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lametro.fr\/TPL_CODE\/TPL_ACTUALITE\/PAR_TPL_IDENTIFIANT\/1407\/8-info-actualite-grenoble.htm\" target=\"_blank\">le communiqu\u00e9 de la M\u00e9tro<\/a> et <a href=\"http:\/\/rcse.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/SMTC-rsl-DP-version-d%C3%A9finitive.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">le dossier presse<\/a>. A la lecture du projet, on comprend la logique de la proposition en comparaison d&rsquo;autres centres de m\u00e9tropoles qui font r\u00e9f\u00e9rence\u00a0en qualit\u00e9 de vie. Le constat principal \u00e9tant la fragmentation du centre qui ne permet pas un usage dynamique et agr\u00e9able du centre ville.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On est d\u00e9j\u00e0 certainement dans le parti pris mais n&#8217;emp\u00eache que cela fonctionne pour certaines villes similaires \u00e0 la notre et les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices sont r\u00e9els comme en t\u00e9moigne <a href=\"http:\/\/www.terraeco.net\/commerces-voiture-centre-ville,58728.html\" target=\"_blank\">cet article tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant<\/a> qui nous rappelle que nous sommes tous pi\u00e9tons \u00e0 un moment ou \u00e0 un autre. Et le plaisir de la marche fait bon m\u00e9nage avec le commerce de proximit\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alors oui cela n&rsquo;est pas si simple et oui il faut une p\u00e9riode de transition et oui certains auront des probl\u00e9matiques particuli\u00e8res qu&rsquo;il va falloir traiter au cas par cas. Mais personnellement le projet me s\u00e9duit et me donne envie d&rsquo;essayer. D&rsquo;ailleurs, le projet n&rsquo;a pas de couleur politique, les villes en France qui vont dans ce sens sont de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9chiquier politique et j&rsquo;ai retrouv\u00e9 le projet <a href=\"http:\/\/slideplayer.fr\/slide\/444089\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u00ab\u00a0c\u0153ur de ville, coeur d&rsquo;agglo\u00a0\u00bb de la municipalit\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente<\/a> qui a beaucoup de similitude avec celui du moment.\u00a0Le volet d\u00e9placement multimodal est d&rsquo;ailleurs tr\u00e8s fort et m\u00eame une simili autoroute \u00e0 v\u00e9los pour relier le campus historique au campus Minatec ! Bref, la transition aura lieu \u00e0 un moment ou un autre et le calendrier pour le projet de maintenant est enclench\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les concertations arrivent pour ce printemps et cet \u00e9t\u00e9, et les conclusions \u00e0 l&rsquo;automne devraient d\u00e9boucher sur les projets r\u00e9el en 2017. H\u00e2te de d\u00e9couvrir cela et pourquoi ne pas en discuter constructivement dans les commentaires, sur Twitter ou m\u00eame aux caf\u00e9s de notre grand village pour faire entendre les v\u00e9ritables envies et ambitions des grenoblois ? Devrions nous laisser seulement les institutions et les structures historiques diverses et vari\u00e9es d\u00e9cider pour nous !? En marche pour la gouvernance par les citoyens, pour nous.
